The children live in small, overcrowded houses. Many of these houses lack ventilation, windows, or basic public services.

The neighborhood we work is called Potosi, and the specific part of Potosi we work is called “El Hueco,” which literally translates to “the hole” in the largest urban slum in Colombia, called Ciudad Bolivar.
